“Economic Trends 2025” Conference

The European Businesswomen’s Federation PEFA is organizing the third edition of the “Economic Trends 2025 conference , an event dedicated to the economic challenges and opportunities of this year. The event will take place on March 31, 2025 , starting at 10:00 AM , at the BNR Arena in Bucharest.

The year 2025 is shaping up to be marked by important economic and geopolitical transformations . This year’s edition will focus on three thematic panels that will address in depth the main economic directions and development strategies. The Macroeconomics panel, moderated by Ionut Stanimir, BCR Marketing & Communication Director, will address challenges and solutions for economic stability. The discussions will focus on the impact of global economic fluctuations on Romania, fiscal and monetary policies for 2025, as well as the prospects for financial markets. The Business panel, moderated by Adrian Ursu, Antena 3 CNN producer, will analyze strategies for developing companies in the current context. Brand representatives from the business environment will explore solutions for adapting companies to new market requirements, with a focus on sustainability and innovation. The panel will bring to the forefront success stories, financing models and practical advice for business development. The Energy Panel , moderated by Raluca Covrig, Director of Public Affairs and Communication of the Energy Employers Federation , will focus on the energy transition and security of supply. Officials from regulatory authorities and the largest energy companies will address essential topics such as the diversification of energy sources, investments in the field and the impact of European regulations on the local market.

Andreea Negru , President of PEFA , emphasized the essential role of this event for the business community and for the economic development of Romania: “The < Economic Trends 2025 > conference, now in its third edition, under the aegis of the NBR, represents a reference point for the business environment. In a year marked by economic and geopolitical changes, it is vital to offer companies and entrepreneurs a platform for information and dialogue. We will focus on concrete solutions for economic stability, business growth and the consolidation of the energy sector, a strategic pillar for the national economy . ” For her part, Lorena Stoian , First Vice President of PEFA , stressed the importance of collaboration between the business environment and authorities to face economic challenges: “2025 will be a year in which flexibility and innovation are essential for the success of companies. Strategic partnerships and smart investments will make the difference between stagnation and economic development. Our conference will facilitate this essential dialogue between key actors of the economy . “
